Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bankable Barter works primarily as a management and record keeper for the Bankable Barter system. Disputes must be made within 30 (thirty) days of a generated statement otherwise all transactions posted will be considered valid.

Any and all disputes are first subject to the return/cancellation policy of the Seller.

If an agreement can not be made, the management of Bankable Barter will work as a third party arbitrator. A process similar to a credit card is standard. Seller is to provide proof of delivery and or completion of service. If not provided a refund will be issued.

A dispute over the quality of work is made, Bankable Barter will do its best to provide arbitration.

If either party is unwilling to accept the decision of Bankable Barter, they may take matters to a US court.
